Since the emergence of virtual assets in 2009, the first crypto boom in 2017 attracted a continuous influx of investors. However, critics argue that “from the perspective of new users, the investment environment has hardly improved compared to the past.”This redesign project focuses on maximising the advantages of the platform, allowing users to easily access and understand their investment environment and transaction history.

Design Thiking Process

To address the issues present in existing cryptocurrency services, we maintained an objective perspective to avoid distorting the problems. Through the process of defining these issues, we identified areas that needed improvement within the service. Following this, we explored various ideas to prioritise the challenges Upbit faced, allowing us to refine our approach and ultimately arrive at the final design.
